Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notification of cancellation is required for a refund to occur.
- Full deposit is cancellation fee.
- Deposits are also non transferable.
Off Peak / Peak
- Peak is long weekends and Christmas period
- Off Peak is all other times
- Additional occupant fee ($10) is the same all year round regardless of peak/off peak times.
