Village Rules and Conditions of Entry
- All guests must register at office on arrival.
- Speed limit for all vehicles is to be 8Km or less. Road Rules apply.
- All clothes are to be hung on allocated clothes lines or on clothes horse at your site. They are not to be hung on ropes/lines tied to trees or fences.
- Management reserves the right to move tenants out or to refuse entry.
- Children are to be accompanied by an adult whilst using the amenities. Management does not take responsibility for any children left unaccompanied by an adult
- We have a MAXIMUM STAY OF 6 WEEKS. You must be vacated for Minimum of 4 weeks before we can offer another 6 weeks.
- Please make sure all areas; either communal or other are left tidy at all times, and that the bins provided are utilized. NO RUBBISH TO BE LEFT BESIDE BINS.
- All caravans and cars must be placed in an area approved by management. Only one car per site, all other cars to be left in main car park. We do not provide room for boat parking at sites or at villas.
- All noise levels are to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
- All buildings are smoke free zones.
- Visitors are welcome but must park in main car park & vacate by 10pm.
- Laundry will run 24hrs. Change can be collected from front office.
- No animals are to be taken into the Villas or on the front decks, Amenities, laundry, BBQ area or Office.
- Special requests for site numbers are on request basis only and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to alter site/villa numbers based on conditions of maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances.
- PLASTIC COVERS, CARPETS, SWAGS OR MATS OUTSIDE CARAVANS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON ANY LAWNED AREA. NO GAZEBOS TO BE SET UP.
- Guests will be charged for:
- Cleaning and/or repair costs, if the site/villa is left in an unreasonable state of cleanliness, as determined by the Park Manager
- The cost to rectify any damage to the site (including grass)
- All reservations must be balanced in full on or before arrival. For bookings during the Christmas/New Year holiday period, the balance of the account will be due for payment by 30 November. For the Easter period, balance is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Guests who arrive late, do not show up at all or leave the caravan park early are not entitled to a refund.
- ANY CHANGES MADE TO BOOKINGS MUST BE DONE VIA EMAIL.
- Max of 6 people per site or villas.
